The School of Worship is designed to be an instrument to train, encourage, and empower worship teams throughout the Philippines.

There are a lot of worship seminars and people who come from abroad that teach about worship, but we want to take a different approach.  Most people when they teach worship they gather large groups of people and teach a one-day seminar.  Many times the big group setting and the short amount of time will make it difficult for any real application to be made.  Often, the worship team going to learn will try to copy rather than apply what is being taught.  It's difficult to copy an established and very experienced worship team when you are very limited on resources.  The idea behind the school of worship is to teach not only what the Bible says about worship, but to teach practical musicianship.  A lot of church musicians have a heart for worship, but lack any formal training. Our goal is to be able to meet each worship team where they are at and help them get to the next level.

This ministry starts with a two-day seminar at Springs of Living Water, and progresses into a band-on-band mentoring at individual churches based on invitations.  The band-on-band mentoring is designed to help with application of what is taught as well as giving us the opportunity to meet the specific needs of each worship team.  As the mentoring progresses we hope to give a special invitation to bring worship teams to the next level, by teaching team unity, song writing, composition, and recording.
